Allowed to slowly cure under controlled refrigeration results in an outstanding crisp, fresh tasting kosher deli pickle, possessing that necessary "crunch" without adding artificial ingredients or hardening agents (like Calcium Chloride). Sized counts offer consistency throughout the pack and since we handpick daily, we can pack to order - offering the freshest products in the industry today.
