In 1991 he started T.R. Rizzuto Pizza Crust, Inc. Today the company is located in Spokane, WA, in a sprawling, high-tech 40,000 square foot production facility. The company focuses on producing parbaked pizza dough as well as frozen dough products including pizza dough balls and raw sheeted crust, bread sticks, calzone shells and focaccia rolls. Broadline distributors carry their lines throughout most of the western US to industrial, private label, retail and foodservice markets.
